To access nurtstar's gaming services, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. nurtstar strictly enforces a one-account-per-player policy. You may not register or maintain more than one account on the Platform, whether under your own name or any other identity. Duplicate accounts will be closed, and any balances associated with duplicate accounts may be forfeited. This policy is enforced in compliance with PAGCOR regulations.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your nurtstar login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. nurtstar will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify nurtstar support immediately via live chat. nurtstar recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for additional account security.
nurtstar is required to verify the identity of all players as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gaming obligations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method at any time. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may have withdrawals suspended until verification is complete.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of nurtstar.
nurtstar collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the nurtstar Privacy Policy.
nurtstar implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and nurtstar cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, nurtstar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.
nurtstar's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your nurtstar account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
nurtstar does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
nurtstar reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:
Upon termination for cause, nurtstar reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If no wrongdoing is established following investigation, any remaining balance (net of applicable bonus amounts) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.
You may close your account at any time by contacting nurtstar support. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method after deduction of any applicable bonus amounts that have not met wagering requirements.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof shall first be submitted to nurtstar's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit the dispute to the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent nurtstar from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
nurtstar reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, nurtstar will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the nurtstar Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure.
